Looped
Overview
Looped lets product/design ICs, Managers, and Teams aggregate and distill decisions from conversations and updates that are spread all the tools they're using.
I led user research, design, and product as a part of the first all undergraduate team for six months in Stanford GSB’s Start-up Garage course from Fall 2020 to Winter 2021.

Background
We started by interviewing a total of 20 designers, PMs, and engineers across startups and larger companies like Snap and Yelp to better understand their processes and workflows. Early concepts included a simple document with advanced tagging, a Figma plugin, and a third party aggregator. After another round of interviews, we realized most users resonated with the aggregator-like system.
With this first iteration of the aggregator, we utilized a feed and grid view to allow users to easily drag and drop items into each block.
After another round of user interviews, we found that an email-like UI was what a many designers and PMs preferred and referenced to as an example of good information display.
The significance of one truly integrated system was clear. This is why we wanted to include designs directly from Figma and live updates cross platforms so all information across all tools were constantly up to date.
All this led to knowledge and information that could be sorted into these documents. Figma designs, Slack threads/messages and Jira/Asana tasks, all flowed seamlessly into Looped so that all relative project information was directed to a single source of knowledge. Conversations could further be condensed down into simple takeaways that build the document while having the original source easily accessible.
